Shopping Policy & Procedure

If you would like to purchase my items you can visit the Shopping Gallery and click on any of the links to see what is available. I will do my best to keep the information up to date.

At this time my shopping procedure is old school. I do not have a commerce page set up yet so you will have to contact me directly in order to purchase pots. If you find a piece you like contact me via my e-mail address and let me know which items you would like or if you have any questions or need more details about an item. I could also take more photos of an item if you need to see more details of the piece. Once everything is confirmed I will pack up your order and calculate the shipping cost. I will then contact you and let you know the total price. I will request payment via square or paypal. Once payment is verified I will ship and provide you with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivered to your door.

I ship via United States Postal Service Priority mail.

Breakage: If any items are broken when you receive them please take a photo of the piece as well as the packaging so I can file a claim. I will either send a replacement if I have one or send a refund.
